Community Health Initiative Program (CHIP) is a recognized 501(c)(3) non-for-profit agency, based in Chicago's Pilsen community. CHIP provides services to the surrounding under served communities which include: Pilsen, Little Village, North Lawndale and others.

Our goal: 

To provide free or low cost; Sports, Music and Arts programs to families in the community 

​

Our mission:

To ensure kids in the community have access to programs without the burden of cost. Programs which are important to the overall social, physical and mental development of kids outside of the classroom. To serve as a resource for our community parents in their quest to provide a well rounded environment for their children.

CHIP has partners up with a number of different agencies through out the community, to maximize the number of available to program to participants.

  • Pilsen Neighborhood Watch

  • Little League Instructional League 

  • Little League competitive league

  • Girls softball Instructional Leagu

  • Lacrosse

  • Canvas Painting
